Rundown on Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste

The Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste is a glue that is mostly used for electronics. The electric conductivity of silver conductive adhesive paste is caused by silver component that makes up to 80% of the total mass of a silver conductive adhesive paste. Silver is suspended in a sticky component that holds the silver conductive adhesive paste together. The particles of the silver are in contact to each other and in this way make electric current possible.
The silver conductive adhesive paste has been originally designed for use during the manufacture of display modules for electronic products, such as smart phones, laptops etc. Silver conductive adhesive paste exhibits excellent electrical conductivity and good adhesion to a vast array of substrates, including those critical to the LCD and LCM markets. Silver conductive adhesive paste can also be used for producing or repairing PCB track, to paint-on an electrical screen, or to make electrical connections to non-solderable surfaces. This conductive adhesive is simple to apply with a brush and is touch-dry in approximately 5 minutes and usable in 10 minutes.
Characteristics of silver conductive adhesive paste:
  • Excellent electrical conductivity; passes the RA test (1000hours, 85°C and 85% RH).
  • Fast curing; suitable for application via high speed automatic dispenser.
  • Good adhesion to ITO and CF substrates; ideal for the manufacture of display modules.
  • Non-halogen and Sb free; can be stored under standard ambient conditions.

  • Significantly, silver conductive adhesive paste is not dissolved by Tuffy conformal coatings, which are frequently applied to the electrodes of flat panel displays. This means that it can be coated with Tuffy alternately, which greatly simplifies the assembly process and results in marked improvements to production efficiency.
    Applications:
Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste is mainly used as the conductive.
    - Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste is used for the backside of solar cell.
    - Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste is used for inner electrode.
Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste also has good properties in damp-heat resistance and chemical.
    - Silver Conductive Adhesive Paste is widely used in home supplies

    Titanium Carbide Powders and Applications

Titanium carbide which has the chemical formula of TiC attracted great interest for many structural applications due to its extremely high melting temperature, high hardness, high chemical resistance and good electrical conductivity. Therefore titanium carbide can be used in cutting tools, grinding wheels, wear-resistant coatings, high temperature heat exchangers, magnetic recording heads, turbine engine seals, and bullet-proof vests, etc. In addition, a promising field of application comprises plasma and flame spraying processes in air, where titanium carbide-based powders show high-phase stability. TiC(Titanium Carbide Powder) (325 mesh, 99,9+%)  can also be used in biomedical implant devices. Materials used for biomedical implant devices must satisfy a variety of property demands, which are often mutually exclusive. Further, different parts of a device demand different material properties. These factors often make it difficult to manufacture a medical device using a...

    Hydroxyapatite Nanopowders and Their Applications

Hydroxyapatite, is a naturally occurring mineral form of calcium apatite with the formula Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 (OH). Pure hydroxyapatite powder is white. Naturally occurring apatites can, however, also have brown, yellow, or green colorations, comparable to the discolorations of dental fluorosis. Hydroxyapatite Nanopowder/Nanoparticles (50 nm, 99.95+%)  has been widely used as a biocompatible ceramic in many areas of medicine, but mainly for contact with bone tissue, due to its resemblance to mineral bone. In mammals, the skeleton presents a carbonated and partially substituted apatite, based on nanocrystal aggregates, and associated with collagen, building up 3-D structures present in various bone tissue conformations like trabecular or cancellous bone. There has been growing interest in developing bioactive synthetic ceramics that could closely mimic natural apatite characteristics. As mentioned before,  Hydroxyapatite Nanopowder  is the main inorganic constituent of bon...

Carbon Nanotubes Doped with Graphene Nanopowder and Applications

Carbon nanotubes and graphene are different forms of carbon atom based materials. They have different properties and can be used in various applications. But what happens if we use them as a hybrid structure? The excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties of low-dimensional carbon materials like graphene and carbon nanotube have enabled them as promising building blocks for three-dimensional nanoarchitectures. In this regard, extensive interests have been attracted to synthesize graphene and carbon nanotube hybrid structures. Earlier works suggested that  Carbon Nanotubes Doped with Graphene Nanopowder (52 wt% Graphene )  is a promising solution for quick energy dissipation, which could enhance interface thermal conductivity of the ‘building blocks’ for future nanoscale mechanical and electrical devices. In the electricity perspective, it is found that ‘CNT pillared-graphene’ system would extend the excellent electrical conductivity of graphene and nanotube to ...
